Brand Strategy Meeting
Our goal is to effectively capture your business’ heart and soul right from the get-go. We’ll get on Zoom to talk through your questionnaire answers and inspiration, making sure we’re on the same page. We’ll also document the core elements of your brand message and story.

Don't worry about that! My goal is to help you win, and I'm not going to leave you high and dry! Once you're ready to roll out your new branding, we will wrap up with a training call. Here we'll go over the various assets inside your branding suite. I'll explain the different files and how to use them, leaving you space to ask any questions you want to know about rolling it out. Everything will be recorded and shared with you, like a cheat sheet you can continue to reference down the line – no extra skill required!
I’ve worked hard for my money. Why shouldn’t I go to a crowdsourced logo design website to get a cheaper option?
Listen, I’m not going to tell you what to do. I think it’s important that you steward your money well—you’re running a business after all! If you can save money by finding a budget option, then I’m all for it. My number one priority is for you to get results. I don’t want you to throw away money on a logo concept that doesn’t capture the essence of who you are. That’s why a large part of my process is based on digging into your business so we can collaboratively understand how best to communicate your values across all aspects of your branding. I create truly custom solutions for my clients to make sure you’re not just getting another canned template. You deserve a well-rounded brand that effectively captures what makes you and your business so amazing in the first place.
What do you mean package “starts at $$$”? Does that mean I’m going to get slapped with hidden fees?
Heck no! I respect the value of a budget, and I want you to have all of the confidence in the world knowing what the final price will be before signing anything. That's why the next step is a consultation call. On that call, we will go over the nuts and bolts of what your project calls for so I can give you a final price. I'll follow that up with an invoice breakdown so you know exactly how much you can expect to pay. I typically don't quote hourly rates because I want you to feel confident in the final price. You shouldn't have to worry when things come up that take extra time to fix, or how that's going to affect your final bill. My aim is for total transparency. I simply list where the price starts so that once we get on the call, you don't have sticker shock. I value both your time and mine, and I want to make sure we're on the same page right from the get-go.
How long is this going to take?
The length of time depends on the package you select, but because time is money, my goal is to get your project done as efficiently as possible. Now, that doesn't mean we'll get on a call, and I'll be able to start working on your branding the next day. In order to nail our timeline so you can reveal your new branding to the masses, it's going to take some homework. I provide a series of questionnaires to better understand your business and values before starting the design process. We'll discuss design dates to get you on my calendar and hammer out an exact timeline for you and your unique project on the consultation call.
What does the payment process like?
I use a CRM called Honeybook to process my contracts and payments. That means you get a digital invoice you can easily pay with just a few clicks online. After our consultation call, I require a 50% deposit upfront to lock in your dates and get you on my calendar. After that, we get to work, and you pay the final invoice once we’re finished and ready to roll out your new brand.
